This deposit applies to only certain Pay monthly deals. Instead of paying an upfront cost for your phone, the network just needs a small deposit.

You can pay by debit or credit card. Sorry, no cash or pre-paid cash card payments can be accepted.

You don’t need to do anything to claim the refund of your deposit. Your account will automatically be credited with the full amount of the deposit when you’ve had your contract for four months.
